Joseph Venning is a Wirral-based artist who specialises in paintings on canvas and large scale wall mural commissions for domestic, business and public spaces.

Joseph’s eclectic work combines elements of photorealism, abstract expressionism, street art and process painting. His work has been described as ‘complex and intelligent’, ‘beautifully executed’ and ‘bold, sophisticated and unashamedly decorative.’ Since graduating from the prestigious London Institute, Chelsea School of Art, Joseph’s work has continued to gain attention and popularity and has recently been added to the ‘Best Selling Artists’ list on a major UK online gallery. His work is featured in private collections internationally, including a piece in Marco Pierre White’s restaurant ‘The Angel’ and the private collection of Birkenhead MP Frank Field.

Joseph paints murals for domestic and business premises on the Wirral, across Britain and as far afield as Dubai. Joseph’s largest piece, unveiled by the Lord Major of Liverpool is a giant skyline of the city, measuring 50 feet long.
